Dell Inspiron N5110 driver question

Hello dell community,

 

  I have just installed windows 7 to my dell but the problem is i do not know what drivers now i need to instal.

 dell offers me over ~30drivers to install but i doubt that i need that many. Maybe you can help me to understand wich ones do i need.

(screens are made from my other pc)

You posted useless photo.

Take note at device manager,what drivers are missing,then go to support and download required drivers.
