Help buying gamer notebook in Manhattan physical store

Hi, first the story:

 

I´m from Brazil and I´ll be staying in NY (Times Square) from 1st  to 9th september and I want to buy a Gamer Notebook. The thing is If I buy from the web and send to my hotem I have to pay 20% more because  of taxes from my credit card. I have looked online and the only notebook that I have found that I can be certain that I´ll find at a store (Best Buy) is the 128 bit ASUS G74 ROG wich for me is a little slow.  .Is there a physical store in NY that I can find gamer notebooks. If there is the prices will be less than 20 % more that the ones from the internet? Also is there a online store that I can pay on cash when I receive?

Doubt it very much - online stores always requirement of paying with credit cards and/or paypal. Cash on Delivery is pretty much thing of the past nowadays. You can always try Best Buys again and see if there are other brands/models that fit you, have them pre-ordered and picking it up

The thing is I don´t want to pay with credit card/paypal. It´s just amazing that in one of the biggest cities in the world I can´t buy a Good gaming notebook.

Sure you can everywhere, just not from a stone-n-brick environment winknudge.gif Keeping cost down by not having a brand store is the name of the game. Sony and Apple are the only ones I know that might have a presence in certain cities.
