so these are the 2 computers (laptops) i am looking at getting over the next couple of weeks. i am getting one or the other for school but also for gaming due to really needing an up grade in performance (i am curently using a 6 year old desktop that can barly handle sc2 lowest graphic settings) and when i say barely handle it i mean on lowest settings there are still times in 1v1 that i get 1fps and in 2v2 if the games goes on longer than 10 min its 1fps for the rest of the game.
the # 1 thing i will be playing on this is starcraft 2. i would like to be able to play on ultra in 1v1 but am prepard to set them to maybe high on 2v2 or anything more than that.
i am planning on buying one from new egg as soon as they restock them. here are the links and specs

- My biggest concern about the MSI is 1st off i havn't really heard of this brand until now.. but now what ive heard is not good.. ive heard there are a lot of problems with the keys and touchpad among other things. while i havn't heard any probs about asus which i have heard about asus before now.
- The asus comes with a mouse and a backpack which is a big plus for me cuzz i need both. and something i wasn't sure about was the graphics cards are the same on these comps besdies the fact the asus is 3gb while the msi is only 1.5 does this make a big difference? ore will it in a few years?
- but some things i love about the msi is the fact it has a customizeable colort lighting for the keybord and the speakers and supoedly it scores higher in some benchmark tests than the Asus does.
- So basicaly any info would be great. but i would really like to know if anyone can tell me if they have had probs with either of these computers and if one is better for gaming proformance than the other rember wichever one i get will be used mainly for starcraft 2. THANKS!
