What is the best laptop for $500-ish or less? (15")

Looking for a 15" laptop to trade stocks on daily. Needs to be 15" and the ability to not bog down with 8-10 windows open at once. Staying in the $500-$600 range or less what laptop put there online do you think is the best bang for the buck?

What exactly do these 8-10 windows contain? What apps will they be supporting?
