Sager 5175 here. Just bought used. webcam not working

The guy I bought from only used it a handful of times, then needed fast cash.  I got a steal.

Tried installing the driver, uninstalling and reinstalling.  No Go.

I can't imagine this is DOA on the webcam....  everything else is great.

It just appears that the cam hardware is not detected.

Also, if anyone knows a tech manual for this laptop I would love that.

I saw someone posted the tech manual for the  NP5793 last year.  Getting that.

OH!  got it.

The webcam button did not work.

But fn-f10 did, and then it installed.
