Should I trade Off My Alienware M15x for a 13-inch: 2.7 GHz??

Hi!

I bought my Alienware M15x on octo 2009:

specs:
Core i7 820QM 1.73GHz
4GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz
500GB 7200rpm HDD
1GB NVIDIA 260GTX M
1920x1080 RGB LED DISPLAY

since i've to carry my notebook everyday to my work place. Its proving to be a bit of a burden caring a 4.5kg laptop on my back.

Now i want to trade it off for the new Macbookpro 2.7ghz:

Specs:
2.7GHz dual-core
Intel Core i7
4GB 1333MHz
500GB 5400-rpm1
Intel HD Graphics 3000
Built-in battery (7 hours)2..

which is like 2kgs lighter(more Portable)

Im a graphic designer/motion graphic artist.. I do from light to medium graphics work on my laptop..

So my question is should i go through with this or... just stick with alienware???

Are there any more options need 2 be explored?

I'd stick with the AW, better GPU and can'*t go wrong with a quad core for graphic works
