UPDATE: I sent the laptop off for repair and they fixed it for me without having to delete any data.

Unfortunately, I have a new problem in that I can't get a wireless signal on my laptop any more.azz.gif

Make a full back up, review and see if the wireless card is being disconnected for any reason (talk to them - whoever - first)
