problem with palying videos

i bought my inspiron n5110 lap frm bahrain...it didnt hav an os...so i installed windows 7 64 bit....when i play videos ..the images are kind of blurry.....when i play dese videos on my tv...dey hav hd quality....wat culd be wrong ...am i missing a driver or sumthing

??

Question is have you installed every driver there is to find?
