I replace my dell m 90 motherboard to a brand new one; it's the right one. I carefully removed everything and intalled them the way it was but when i turn on the laptop only two flashing light are blanking and i don't even have a bios screen. The monitor is black like it hasn't been turn on. Only flashing lights are blanking. Please help. Thank you.

Bad CPU or bad motherboard or bad GPU - check your CPU and GPU if you are sure that the motherboard is ok

The motherboard is definetly ok. Because I put the old one back together it did the same flashing light. It was working great before i opened it. If you touch the cpu or the gpu will that cause it to do that. Also will the Graphic card as well cause that. Can i replace the cpu or gpu. Thank you.

You should be able swap out the CPU and the GPU on this Dell model
