Constant beeping on NP5793

So after about 30 seconds my NP5793 constantly beeps, about 2 seconds long 1 second apart. It goes on and on but the laptop is completely useable. No other errors. All I do at the moment is mute in windows and it silences it but I cannot listen to anything. What on earth could be the problem and what can I do to determine what it might be?

Thought I might add. Happens even when CPU core temps are 34 and 33 C, GPU 43.

I would try first re-seating hard drive, ram and anything that can be removed and re-seated. What about removing the battery and using it just with the AC adapter (and vice versa)?

cheers ...

Does it if I unplug the AC as well as if I take out the battery. I'll open it up tomorrow.

My HD temp is at 55C according to SpeedFan. Is this worrisome?

Nah, I would not worry about the HDD temp at the moment. If you have 2 ram modules, leave one out one at a time and test it as well

I've tracked it down to the GPU fan. When I boot it up it didn't make the noise until the fan kicked in. I took the bottom off the case, turned it on and waited for the fans to come on. The GPU fan kicked in and instantly it started beeping. So I turned the fans off by hitting fn+1 twice once the temps had come down and it stopped beeping. Turned the fans on with fn+3 and beeping again. This turns both fans on. But when you hit fn+1 it turns them off except it leaves the CPU fan running for a bit and the beeping stops before the power to the CPU fan is cut. So I am pretty sure it only has to do with the GPU fan. I'm guessing it's giving a wrong reading in RPM then it expects. Question is, can a replacement be sourced, or is there a way to fix it?

Seems the fan is operating normally and the GPU is around 38 - 45c all the time I've decided to just mute the beeping. I found in "Speaker Properties" a field under Levels called PC Beep. Muted that and now it doesn't beep but all other sounds are fine.
Obviously the warning for low battery etc will no long sound, but I only get about 30 seconds after that low battery warning before the laptop dies anyhow. And seems I only get about half an hour on the battery now I just use it was a UPS for the laptop haha.

You should be able to replace the fan yourself, how old is the comp?

Fan runs fine at all speeds, no extra bad noises over the super loud usual noise the NP5793's make. It is just that sensor I think, it's not picking up the RPM or something so when the fan is on and suppose to be on the motherboard can't detect it.
