New PC Build: GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2048 MB GDDR5

HI Everyone!! I haven't been here since 2008 I think, since I built my last desktop with dual 9800GTXs (http://www.notebookforums.com/t/212206/geforce-9-series/160#post_3246271). I still have that desktop but now I think it's time to upgrade winknudge.gif

So here's what I'm thinking I will use:

EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2048 MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0
Intel Core i7-2600K Processor 3.4GHz 8 MB Cache Socket LGA1155 (unlocked)
Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3
Corsair Enthusiast Series 750-Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply Compatible with Intel Core i7
ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe
Antec Kühler H2O 620 Liquid Cooling System
Pioneer BDR-206DBK 12x Internal Blu-ray Disc/DVD/CD Writer

Anyone had any bad experiences with any of these parts or are there any upcoming hardware releases which may cause the price of some of these components to fall?

My last build has an ASUS p5n72-t premium which I wasn't too happy with cause after shutdown the pc wouldn't start back up until a couple hours afterwards. I suspected a grounding issue which I couldn't resolve so I'm particularly interested on suggestions on the motherboard.

I'm very interested in what you have to say about the graphics card too, I'm looking for powerful but not too expensive so <$300.
