Not sure where else to ask this question but here we go.
I have tried various software mfg versions of Ram Drive Software so that I can load games directly from Ram-Drive for the performance boost.
I then Bench the Ram Drive using ATTO Benchmark 2.46.
I am getting really wierd results.
Things are pretty linear until about the 128kb mark then either the write speed or read speed are even slower than a decent speed ssd.
The following image is from a ram drive created with vSuite Software

This one is from QSoft Ram Drive Enterprise Software

And finally this one is from Primo Ram Drive Software

Its pretty random and seems to happen with every software Ram Drive I have tried.
My Laptop is a Sager NP8150-S1 Sandybridge with 16GB Ram running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
Here is the really weird part which is confusing me even more.
I also have a sager NP8690 Same OS with 8GB Ram and it has none of the Ram-Drive related speed issues.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
