I am just wondering if any of the older alienware models can support the new back lit keyboard?

Doubt it very much - software and firmware, unless you want to mod it yourself

Hmm, I was hoping it could just interchange....

I really like the older style cases with the rubber on them...i don't like the new cases at all. I like the idea of having a lit keyboard but I guess I choose the case style over the keyboard if there's not fairly easy way to interchange them.

Thanks for your response!

If anyone has any ideas on how to possibly do it i'd love any suggestions.

I read on the net that there are many "glow keys" - kinda like stickers for your keys that would glow in the dark laugh4.gif
