Evolio reveals the thinnest notebook in the world, an 18 mm thick ultra-portable laptop that weighs only 980 grams.
The notebook, called U9, incorporates the latest Intel Dual Core 1.6 GHz processor: CedarTrail, 2GB RAM and SSD hard drive 64 or 128 GB.
Thanks to these components, Evolio U 9 has an operating range of 5:00hours battery performance and a remarkable speed at very low power consumption.
The Evolio ultrabook has a diagonal display of 11.6 in at the resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, and offers integrated 1.3 megapixel camera and USB connectivity, HDMI, Bluetooth and WiFi.
Evolio U9 is equipped with ‘PowerVR core’ graphics acceleration technology, which lets you run all video formats Full HD (BlueRay, MPEG2, MPEG4, WMV9, H.264) and projecting them on a TV or external display via integrated HDMI interface.
Cedar Trail is the Intel processor with the lowest thermal footprint. Thus, the notebook does not require a fan and does not emit any noise.
The product will be available in retail networks in December.
