Sager 4060/ Clevo D400E Bios Update

Can anyone send me a link to update the bios on my Sager 4060/ Clevo D400E, (they appear to be identical), notebook.

 

It is running very slow with lots of fan action, Windows XP, 512mb RAM, Intel 2.66Ghz CPU.

 

It is it possible to expand the RAM beyond 1Gb i.e. 2 X 512mb??

I am not aware that the Clevo D400E can support more than 1GB ram
