Unforunately, I couldn't get the CMOS battery back incorrectly. It was attached weirdly and my Uncle managed to rip it off despite my claims. So no CMOS battery. However, as long as I keep my laptop battery in, it should be fine. This just means that it'll suck a little life out of it, even when the laptop is off. Which I'm okay with to be honest. Not a really big loss. I'm typing from the laptop as we speak though. I managed to get Windows 7 installed after successfully updating my BIOS. Something about not having a compaitble SLIC. I don't know anything about that though. :o
