Upgrade dv9900 to Windows 7?

Hi All,

Can the following laptop be upgraded to Windows 7?
What's the best way to upgrade (new install or update vista)?
If I do a custom/new install what will have to be installed that's not included with Windows 7?
Have there been any known issues with this laptop?

HP Pavilion dv9900 17" Notebook
Turion 64 X2 TL-60 2GHz
1440 x 900 WXGA+ Display
4 GB RAM
250 GB HDD
DVD-Writer LightScribe
NVIDIA GeForce 7150M Graphics Card
Bluetooth
Webcam
Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium

Upgrade from Vista is the easy and simple way to go - you don't have to muck around with re-installing all apps and special HP tools
