I purchased my 7520 3 years ago for 800 CND and was happy with it. It replaced a dell that i had for 3 years that had gotten dropped by a friend. This PC worked very well for about a year...then little problems started creaping up...
First it started overheating, then shutting down on it's own. Cleaning weekly helped that
Then it started to not boot up. formatting fixed that
Several System restores for various issues...lag, graphics issues etc.
last year my DVD rom went nuts. Now, 9/10 it will not be recognized. Sometimes when it is in the bios and windows...it will appear for about 30 mins...when i try to put a cd in...it vanishes
Reinstalled OS again...went to windows XP...Got en external CD drive...
and now...

As you can see 1/2 the screen is white. When plugged into an external monitor it does not do that. There is nothing in the bios the screen isn't cracked. Mobo failure? Graphics Card? don't see how...Thoughts?
