I Finally Fixed My Dell Inspiron 1501 to its Factory Settings!!!! You too can do it yourself....

My laptop was formatted several times and I accidentally deleted the two partitions containing the system recovery files. Pressing <Ctrl> <F11> keys while booting up doesn't work at all. I've been searching over the internet for almost two weeks on how to restore my Dell Inspiron 1501 to its default settings as it was shipped but finally I solved it by myself although I'm not a computer expert. Though I know it was very dangerous to make trials and experiments on my hard disk, I didn't quit just to be successful. So, after many researches and trials, I finally fixed my laptop!

You, too, can do system restore to your Dell laptop even if you have formatted your hard disk or deleted partitions.

And here's what I did:

I used EASEUS PARTITION RECOVERY software which can easily be downloaded over the net. I used it to recover the two deleted partitions containing the Dell system restore files. It's very easy to do the steps. After recovering the partitions including the files, I used the final software --- DSRFix which is a very useful. This software is used to fix the MBR section and restore the option to have DELL SYSTEM RESTORE BY SYMANTEC.

Thanks to the maker of EASEUS software and  to DSRFix, a system restore program by Mr. Dan Goodell.
