Help FJ VGN-270

 Hello, 
A couple weeks ago my wireless on my Sony VAIO VGN-270 stopped working. I noticed that the light display for the wireless and power and battery display were out. I tried a bunch of stuff to try and get it to work again, but nothing worked until I decided to press down on the laptop by they wireless light display and everything light back up and the wireless went back on. So i tried taking the laptop apart to see what it could be..maybe something lose or something..couldnt find anything. What should I do? Is there a part i should replace?

Nope :( didn't start workin after I put it back together. It did the same thing though when i pressed down on the area thats by the wireless. So im thinking something lose and needs to be repaired or I need to get a new wireless thing or somthing....idk..lol

The wireless switch might be failing, I would look into replacing that first. Would you happen to have a pic of the area in question, before and after taking the comp apart?

Heres the lights im talking about

Wireless:

The Sony Vaio FJ270/B uses Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG. It works pretty well and I am able to pick up other wireless networks down the street (+/-50meters away. The wireless can be turned on and off with a switch in the front of the computer located next to the indicators. 

Just to the left on the mouse pad is where i've been pressing down and those lights in the above pic is the lights goin on and letting the wireless connect. When i dont press down lights go out and wireless connection is lost.

K sounds good ill try that out. Do you know where I might be able to buy a switch?
