when i got my new laptop... it notified me of all thing

when i switched on d caps. it showed  a symbol,to enable bluetooth earlier i do fn+f3 bt now it is nt happening.

coz i hav formated my laptop.. and all d softwres have been unistaled. i juz want to know d softwares which were installed when d laptops are new.

Go to whatever and wherever your laptop brand/model and download its special apps and drivers and installing them.
