Probook 6545b; uipdate ATI drivers?

HP never updated the video drivers (ATI Radeon 4200) for this Laptop (as usual). I'm having problems with a HD tuner card and I figure it's the outdated video driver.

Is there any way I can use newer ATI drivers with this Laptop? I'm running XP Pro w/sp3

See if Omega or LaptopVideo2Go has them
