I have been a Toshiba user for years..and years. This year I decided to get a proper P770D with all the goodies. The machine is great. Except that all the connectors are on the SIDES.This means the footprint is 6" wider than my like sized M65-9093. Not a small thing for this customer. Where I used to take notes I have a VGA cable assy, a USB, an ethernet cable and a power cord (sticking out the other side). Too often a new machine has poor features that I look for when I buy my next unit but it NEVER occurred to me that the majority of the cables would NOT be in the back. What is wrong with Toshiba's mechanical engineers?
