The 10D rocks, but I have my eye on the 1D Mark II.

I've owned Nikon since high school, but when it comes to digital SLR Canon are in the lead IMHO.

i had to get a new digital camera because i needed better battery life and better zoom. i have my trusty little canon s100 but the battery life sucks on it and its only 2.1MP so i decided to go looking for a new one. im used to the canon interface and they just kick ass so i couldnt go wrong. i bought the new canon S1 IS and it smokes its competition. for $500, its worth every penny. i love the adjustable screen and the 10x optical zoom. the picture quality is badass, especially for a 3.2 MP camera but size isnt everything. its a great choice if you dont want to go up to the SLR level but just desire the point n shoot ease. i stand behind its quality.

Is that the canon 10D with battery grip or the 1D?? Also the 17-40 F4L? Plus a set a pocket wizards NICE!. I have a set of pw's right now and im going to order 2 more recievers next week. I also need to find some sunpak 555 flashes for sale. I recently sold my 10D and canon lenses for a Nikon D70 with kit lense and a 10.5mm fisheye. Im a skateboard photographer and that 500 flash sync really helps me out. If your interested you can peep some photos at

It's a little small for the 8790, but works fine. There is a larger version.
