How do i get rid of a computer virus?

i got a virus on my laptop and it keeps popping up saying warning move to vault ( i use avg as antivirus) so i move it to vault and then the same message will pop again and again please can someone help me get rid of it

OS? AVG Version used? Run a full scan in safe mode? Full error message?

Try uninstalling your AVG and then reinstalling it (downloading it again if needed).
That might work. Your computer could be severly infected with files that the free unregistered
(if you haven't registered it) AVG anti virus cannot fix.

You could try this.
download this for free and run some scans.
It's free to use.
It seems to work good.
