Asus N53SV-A2 fan noise getting louder

This is my first post but I'm kind of worried.

I purchased an Asus N53SV-A2 roughly about 2 weeks ago and since then the laptop has gotten louder, fan noise wise. When I barely got it it was silent and could barely hear anything inside. Fast forward to now, I can here it loud and clear. It sounds as if the hard drive is spinning really fast all the time. I don't here any major scratching or buzzing but it just worries me that something bad will come about soon. In addition, the regular air vent can be heard as well and is louder than it was before. Could it really have gotten so dirty in 2 weeks that it's causing the fans to run faster and louder? The laptop itself is not really getting any hotter but the constant fan noise is annoying me greatly since it wasn't like that in the first place. Is this something I should be worried about or no? I do have very sensitive ears so that might be why I'm noticing it and have a slight case of OCD. Am I to worry? Please help.

Thanks.

Any new installed software that you can think of that triggered this noisy stuff?

That's what I found, too when loading a virgin system with all kinds of extra software. And not to say about startup time....

I would say disabling un-needed startup processes and services, review power management setting and see

Well I do use it for video editing so maybe installing either Premiere or After Effects might have caused some significant noise. I also have Eset smart security running as wel. I changed the power settings to Quiet Office and it seems to have gotten a little quieter. I know that the Asus comes with a lot of preinstalled bloatware, but I did try to delete as much of it as I could. Do guys think maybe I should do a fresh install so that I can have a virgen system and install only the stuff I need?

Sometimes removing so-called bloatware might do more harm than good. That is why I just disable un-needed stuffs instead. Review your services, and see if you can disable a few of them

What exactly should I be looking for? I don't see anything related to ASUS, or ASUS itself, in the services.

Maybe it's just me being picky again since I tend to be like that. When my brother uses the computer he doesn't notice anything. I probably have really sensitive hearing.

Thanks.

They don't necessarily have descriptions; I find at least ADSM, AFBAgent, ASLDR, ATKGFNEX services.
