About spy wares and spying of a computer?

I suspect my laptop is being spied.I scan my system with symantect it give two tracking cookiies with low level risk. Are there any spywares cant be identified by the antivirus software? My systems remote access feature found ON without my access.
Can an ad.yieldmanager cookie make the remote access ON automatically

I haven't heard about cookies turning Remote Access ON myself

As far as I know, anti-virus can not detect a commercial keylogger.
