N5110 Bluetooth adapter issue

Hello I have new N5110(i5) and using window 7 operating system(64-bit) but I have problem with my blue tooth adapter .... I can't attach my cell phone with my new laptop....blue tooth driver is installed successfully but showing the following error
 
  • A Bluetooth device no longer works correctly.
  • When you view the Bluetooth device in Device Manager, an exclamation mark in a yellow circle is displayed for the device. When you view the properties of the device, the status for the device reports Code 43. This status code indicates that Windows has stopped the device because the device has reported problems.

 

Can you please help me in solving this problem?

Can you please help me in solving this problem?

What is your cell phone model? Have you looked into the cell phone support site to see if they have any tips about connecting the phone to the notebooks?
