some keys of keyboard are defect and want to exchange keyboard keys

The keyboard is in Czech layout and i have seen a cheaper Belgian keyboard withe the same amount and position of the keys. Do you think it"s possible to take out the old keys and put them on the new keyboard? i know that i have to change it in the os (Windows XP) . Thanks a lot, for your information it's an Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo PA 1510.

Swapping out the whole keyboard would be a better choice. And yes, with XP language pack you can change pretty much everything
