Hit windows button by mistake

My son has a Inspiron mini notebook and my younger son pressed the windows button and everytime i turn it on i get a load of writing coming coming up on screen.  It keeps saying PXE-E61 Media Test Failure, check cable

                                                                                     PXE  Existing PXE Rom

                                                                                     Operating System not found

Can anyone help please as i don't know what to do

You can try perform a system repair using an OS installation disk first. If that fails - the hard drive could be failing
