1.Which brand SSD are you considering for your next upgrade? Intel, OCZ, Crucial, Kingston, Patriot Memory, Samsung, or other?
No preference when it comes to brand

2.What do you look for when selecting an SSD? Price, Performance, Brand - or a combination of these elements?
Performance in conjunction with Price.

I am considering either an Intel or OCZ SSD for my next project and the two key factors are price and performance.

I would go for Intel (for reliability) or OCZ Verex (for speed) depending on price difference.

They are tough questions, both of them, as I don't have an ssd in anything of mine yet. but here goes.

1. Intel, they haven' let me down in other things.

2. Price figures highly, but performance is key. So it would have to be a combination of those three, with brand being the part that makes you remember who did you right.
