I never tell lies. By the way did the contest have an idependent auditor such as Deloitte or Ernst Young? How do we know the prize was not given one of a te website favorite / mole.

How do you know it wasn't given to a "website favorite?" Easy - none of the regular posters in Off-Topic won. Also, the contest was for a select group of people, namely members of Notebook Forums, by a particular company, namely Huddler. The prize was given out at their discretion and by their set of criteria. It's not a public contest or lottery, so no independent auditing is required.

If you'd won, it'd be because someone needed a lawyer.

It was all a conspiracy, just like everything else around you. Quick put your tinfoil hat back on, I think I hear the Fed tapping into your internet lines.

Ohmagosh... I retract everything. Are the Feds really watching me. truly, it was legitimate and not a conspiracy, only took foreverandaday to finish and declare the wiener.

less than 14 business days from finish to winner declaration ain't so bad for a free contest. People wait much longer at times for paid items to arrive wink.gif

cheers ...

It took forever and a day due to the idependent auditor Deloitte's determination that we were in fact not awarding the SSD to a 'website favorite'.
