Just bought an new HP 2000-329WM dirt cheap. Anyone know which SATA controller is in it?

Picked up this HP 2000-329WM at Walmart for $248 during black friday with an AMD E350 cpu and 3 GB DDR3. However I can't find any info on it other than the basics. Even the HP website doesn't tell me much.

I already upgraded the ram to 8 GB Kingston DDR3 but I want to put an SSD in it. Just can't figure out what SATA controller it's using or if the CPU can be upgraded.

Any help would be apprecitated. Thanx

Unless it states somewhere on the specs, most notebookd would use SATA-1 controller (better power management). Saying that the AMD Fusion architecture (Fusion controller hubs bla bla) are either SATA-2 or SATA-3. Take a wild guess anyone?

And sure you sure be able to upgrade the CPU, but to what? E450?

cheers ...

Was able to spy what looked like a pic of the E-350 and it looks embeded so that's that.

As for the controller I keep reading how it's a "fusion" controller so I have to wait till my son opens it up for Xmas to dig in and find out through the device manager.
