LCD repair

and i want to repair. anyone know how?

External monitor works fine? Does the screen change or just staying the same once you start the notebook?

External monitor works fine, inverter works fine too. I have changed this LCD for another, fine too.

Is this LCD, and the manual says we can fix it, but do not says how.

It probably means the backlight tubes. Yes you can order them and repair them with soldering. Plenty of guides out there.
