I have been a strong suporter of Gateway computers for many years.  Rececntly I was forces to buy a new laptop since my old gateway bought in 2005 had started to get slugish do to the work I do using the machine.  I bought a NV59c it locks up alot, I bought windows 7 professional so that I can use the XP mode. after downloading professional I find out that Gateway does not suport windows virtial that runs xp mode. I just wasted over a $100 not happy nore can I use my $5000 dollar program now forced to buy another new computer If I cant find a way to by pass this on my gateway.  On my old gateway tech suport and repair was great they went above and beyond to help.  New computer they want you to pay big money example $50 an hour or something.  AND if you are lucky and get alittle help they are not very helpful most of the time I rank GATEWAY   a 1 star out of 5 do to there very poor customer suport system an not suporting the latest technologies.

. Did you get any confirmation from Gateway about this model supporting VM before you bought it?
. What was it that you wanted from Gateway regarding this issue? A return? A trade?
