Google chat, no audio output on calls

I have a hp dv6215ous laptop running windows 7 64 bit.  I bought the laptop and google chat worked great. Then had windows 7 done with fresh install and then there was no sound at all in any phone calls I made. The sound worked for everything else. The call would go through but no sound on either end. 

  I messed with the settings turned off auc.  Check the volume all that.  Then I went to separate  site and downloaded google talk for windows 7. Then I had sound, but the other person could not hear me.

  I tried installing again, now the voice chat software from sofipdia will not download even after several unistalls and instlls.  I am using firefox as well.  I read many post and it just sounds like everyone has given up trying to fix this huge problem.\

  I have not re downloaded any drivers, and I do not have realtec drivers.  I do not think

Try going into Audio Setting, Advanced options and use "low quality sound output" - see if that helps

Is UAA driver is installed in you system or when u are playing music, Is your sounds are working. If no than u need to install the sound driver in Your laptop. Download the driver from manufacturer site.

If all ok than u need to again download the latest version of  gtalk and install it. Before installing remove the old one and restart.
