acer aspire 5745g keyboard issues

I am having issues with the keyboard, i have recently had to have windows reinstalled and after doing so, the swedish letters on the keyboard do not work, and some keys are showing a diffrent symbol when pressed, eg i get a / when i push -, and i get a ? instead of _

 

how can i fix this problem_

What was the original OS? What OS version now? Did you choose Swedish keyboard layout during installation?
