No recovery discs

My Acer notebook laptop is only 4months old, started to have problems loading programmes and freezing.  I have no recovery disks and have tried Alt F10 to recover but it only went up to 59% and when I start laptop I get the message Install Windows 7 again. Any ideas could I use another laptop's recovery discs? I have ones for my HP laptop?

Still under warranty and having issue with recovery - I would send it back.

No, you can't use other brand/model recovery disks unless it is OS disk
