Parts Pricing help - M15x

Iv been slowly upgrading my M15x and have accumulated parts I'm looking to get off my hands but I'm unsure of what I should be asking. Any help would be much appreciated. 

I have to sell:

 

i5-540m

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730

4GB(2x2GB) kingston 133MHz RAM. 

500GB 7200 HDD

. 500GB 7200 HDD = 120$ upward
