sir i install xp sp3 on my dell inspiron 1525. but it indicate above mentioned driver. how to fix this driver. pls help me to fix this problem. thanks

Microsoft offers only patch (KB888111) for SP2. There are some hacked version of the patch on SP3 floating out there but not so easy to find.

So - you either go back to SP2, install the Windows patch and then install the audio driver. Or upgrade to Vista or Win7
