I need to decide between dv4t and g4t. I want a laptop as my secondary computer because I already have a decent desktop. I am a college student and I will be using it for MS Office and some engineering and statistical softwares as well as watching internet videos, DVD's, and play movie files on my TV via HDMI. I won't be gaming or using CAD on this.
What are the major differences between dv4t and g4t? Dv4t supports Dolby. Does that mean that it simply has better speakers built in?
g4t has descrete video card option. For my applications mentioned above, will that be worth it or is Intel HD graphics good enough?
Thanks!
