1) Do you currently own an SSD? Are you planning on purchasing one or more in the near future?
I do not currently own an SSD but am interested in getting one.

2) If you’re planning on purchasing an SSD, which brand(s) are you considering and why (price, performance, reliability, brand, etc.)?
Considering Intel, Samsung and Crucial.

3) How often do you purchase a new PC (every 12 months or less, every 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2-3 years, over 3 years)?
2-3 years.

4) [Canadian residents] What is 125 plus 45 divided by 3 minus 13?
sorry, not Canadian...
1) Yes, I own an Intel 320 Series 120 GB SSD. Plus I have a Sony VPCZ122GX/B laptop that comes with 2 SSDs in RAID 0, and an Acer Aspire One A110 netbook with an SSD.

2) I typically prefer Intel's SSDs because they're the most reliable without being much slower than the top performers.

3) Something like every 2-3 years.

4) 127, assuming there are no hidden brackets (i.e. 125 + 45 / 3 - 13 = 127).

1) Do you currently own an SSD? Are you planning on purchasing one or more in the near future?
I do not own a SSD. I would like to purchase one in the near future to migrate my Windows 7 partition to it, and leave my Data and Online Games on my Sata drive.

2) If you’re planning on purchasing an SSD, which brand(s) are you considering and why (price, performance, reliability, brand, etc.)?
I would definitely look at an Intel SSD or another brand, but it would be for the reliability factor first and the performance second.

1) Do you currently own an SSD? Are you planning on purchasing one or more in the near future?

Yes, I just bought 2 120GB Mushkin SATA 3 SSDs last week. The performance improvement is mind blowing over standard 7,200 hard drives.

2) If you’re planning on purchasing an SSD, which brand(s) are you considering and why (price, performance, reliability, brand, etc.)?

I will stick to popular brands based on tried, tested & true months after their release-OCZ, Intel, Mushkin, Corsair.

3) How often do you purchase a new PC (every 12 months or less, every 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2-3 years, over 3 years)?

2 years, or the 3rd gen release of intel cpus. I have a first gen i5-760, so I will probs wait until the release of whatever is after Ivy Bridge.

4) [Canadian residents] What is 125 plus 45 divided by 3 minus 13?

43 2/3 or if there were brackets (which Canadians use to note to themselves) or asked with math symbols 127. 127 - Final Answer. dun dun dun dun.

1) I own two SSDs and expect to buy more in the future.

2) I envisage buying Intel or Samsung right now, but have to see how the market develops in terms of quality.

3) I replace the innards and sometimes the case every 18-24 months, but never buy a whole computer.

1) Kingston SNV425S2 64GB, I don't intend to purchase another SSD until the next jump in SSD storage size.

2) Intel or another Kingston. Reliability is more important to me than saving a few bucks - I'd actually even consider SLC if it were the best option for my usage pattern.

3) I used to build a new PC every 6-8 months or whenever there was a 10% gain or more in performance, but since the i7 920 series I have not built a new machine since early 2009.

1) Do you currently own an SSD? Are you planning on purchasing one or more in the near future?
I own an OCZ (desktop Mac) and a Western Digital (laptop). I'm planning on buying more in the future on my next desktop build.

2) If you’re planning on purchasing an SSD, which brand(s) are you considering and why (price, performance, reliability, brand, etc.)?
I am considering the OCZ Vertex 3 VTX3-25SAT3-240G for the capacity, price and performance trifecta. At this size, the Intel's are just too expensive.

3) How often do you purchase a new PC (every 12 months or less, every 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2-3 years, over 3 years)?
I usually make a PC purchase every 12-18 months.

Winning one of these would be sweet, sweet.
Thanks!

2) If you’re planning on purchasing an SSD, which brand(s) are you considering and why (price, performance, reliability, brand, etc.)? I have always been fond of Toshiba and Sony. I believe that is good bang for the buck with the Toshiba and Sony's have been reliable in the past.

3) How often do you purchase a new PC (every 12 months or less, every 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2-3 years, over 3 years)? I usually purchase a laptop every 2 to 3 years.

4) [Canadian residents] What is 125 plus 45 divided by 3 minus 13? Not a Canadian resident!

1) I own an 80gb Intel ssd. I will not be upgrading for at least another year.

2} It will most likely be an Intel drive because of the reliability, performance and the name brand. My Intel 80gb has been rock solid.

3) I upgrade my pc about every three to five years depending on what my performance needs happen to be.

4) American
