notebook 305

My wife purchased a NB305 for my grandaughter last Xmas and it quit working. We took it back to Best Buy and they said throw it away, they are all failues and you need to buy another one. Paying $310.00 for a notebook is not cheap, but waisted money, since my grandaughter has nothing now. We need to start a Class Action lawsuit against TOSHIBA for there failures, because they did not even have a recall for their notebooks.

Went online and looked up customer reviews of the netbook and couldnt find any dissatisfied people...curious what was wrong with the G-daughters netbook..why would Bestbuy say throw it away...I wouldnt believe anything one of those so called "techs" told me...Was there any physical damage, any spillage was it properly protected with an up to date antivirus program.about what age is the g-daughter..need more information

I have zero issue and very satisfied with my Toshiba NB200 netbook. I would ask those "geeks" to back up their statement of "throwing it away" with some intelligent input before even blaming the manufacturers for anything
