Good specs?

Thread Starter

dear forum viewers,

I have seen a laptop for just €549 and these specs:

Intel® Core™ i5-2430M processor 2n gen with 3 ghz turbo boost
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT555M DirectX® 11 1024 MB
USB 3.0
MultiTOUCHpad
blueray drive
15,6 inch LED Backlight (no full hd)
8gb ram

My question is:
Can i play (high end) games with these specs?

Thanks

Sure you can play many games with the above specs, but the question is do you have certain games in particular that you expect to play well with this comp?

and  a higher setting ?blushing.gif

It is a medion-notebook and I think that €549 is  very cheap for a notebook like that

Well the GT555M card satisfies the "recommended" system requirement of BF3, but since this is a notebook card it will be watered down somewhat. I won't be able to tell you for sure, but the best thing to do is that - if the salesperson allows - visit Game-O-Meter and run the online tests to see if the comp can run what games under what settings winknudge.gif
