Charge Ports

I have a ACER ASPIRE 5336-2460 AND MY CHARGE PORT IS BAD MY LAPTOP IS LESS THEN 1 YEAR OLD AND I CANT GET ANY HELP. ANY ADIVCE ON HOW TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Can you expand a bit more as how bad the charge port is? What does it do or not do?

If the charge port is indeed bad.ie: loose and not making connection, the solder joint in the inside is probably broken..as this normally happens from constantly unplugging and plugging and not being careful, it undoubtedly wouldnt be covered under warranty unless you bought the "all hazard type" warranty
