Acer Aspire 4830TG - Launch manager doesn't work

Hi,
I reinstalled Windows on my 4830TG yesterday and today I've tried to install all drivers. Everything is ok, only Launch Manager doesn't work. When I press fn+f3,fn+f5,fn+f6 and fn+f7 nothing is happening. I cannot enable/disable Wifi/BT, disable touchpad and turn off screen. I've tried to install original Launch manager from recovery cd and from Acer download site too and other versions - all have the same problem...
Buttons to control volume (fn+up/down), brigthness and mute works.
Any ideas?

Is this under Windows 7? Have you tried setting the Launch Manager app to run under Vista compatibility mode? Restart the comp after that and see

yes, it's under Win 7..  and yes I've already tried to install and run LaunchManager under Vista compatibility mode and it doesn't help.
