Intel 6300 half card WiFi vs Dell 4W00N

Is there any real difference between these cards? Will a non-Dell Intel card work in a Dell Latitide 6420?

Looking for the capability of the Intel Centrino 6300 but want to get it as inexpensively as possible.

Many sellers boast the Intel 6300 card to be compatible and work with the Dell Latitude 6420. Specs wise both Intel 6300 and Dell 4W00N show the same. I would secure a guarantee from the seller to return the Intel if it doesn't work before buying winknudge.gif
