1) Do you prefer to build your own PC’s or buy a branded system?
a) Prefer to build my own: It's much more customizable this way. Also, I don't like stock cases.

2) How often do you replace or upgrade your PC?
c) 18 months – 2 years: I don't game much but I do try to keep my PC updated bit by bit to use the latest software with decent speed.

3) How important do you feel an SSD is to system performance?
a) Extremely important: I found this out after I swap my laptop's 7200 rpm drive with an Intel 320 160GB SSD. It's true that once you go SSD, you really can't go back. I swap the DVD drive for a HDD caddy and put my 7200 500GB in there as the data drive.

4) [Canadian residents] What is 120 plus 45 divided by 4 minus 11?
I'm American.... :-) But the order of operation dictates that I should do the 45/4 first so it would be 120 + 11.25 - 11 = 120.25.... right? lol

Best way to get what you want without paying extra for stuff you don't.

2) How often do you replace or upgrade your PC?
c) 18 months – 2 years
Upgrade components often, tower and MB replacement every 3-5 years.

3) How important do you feel an SSD is to system performance?
a) Extremely important
As the reliability of these drives continues to improve, they will become the standard. No one wants to wait on Windows to boot so we keep our computers in sleep or hibernation which still sucks down power. If you could turn your computer off when you were done and back on without a delay plus have the OS being able to access programs quicker this would be ideal.

Actually, quite a bit more often than this, although that wasn't an option. As an IT admin, I probably replace 20 systems per year.
