Samsung np-700 audio issue

I've a strange issue with the audio output of the mini-jack.
If all audio effects off and standard speakers etc. Have also tried this on a different methouds of output (speakers, different headphones etc).
The issue I'm getting is there is a strange very short reverb/delay on the output. has anyone else experienced this? and hopefully cured it?

Get all the updates in, drivers and Windows and try again. Also try using another media player?
