My M17x R1 needed reformatted but it glitched when i Flashed the BIOS. Now What?

Long story short....Got a $3K XPS back in 2007, but ever since I received it, it crapped out on me, and Dell replaced it a few times, then sent me an Alienware. Dead, right out of the box.........after a few more, I just gave up. My warranty was up, they wanted me to buy another warranty. It was a mess! So, now when it messed up recently, I reformatted. And I was installing drivers, and flashing bios, it glitched, froze up, nothing! So, yes it was turned off. Had no clue about the ramifications. I can't flash the BIOS again, because none of my USB ports are recognizable. Not even the SATA/USB. The DVD drive isn't recognizable either.
So, here are the specs below. My husband can replace the motherboard, but what else should be replaced? I dont want to order one off eBay, and find out I need other items as well. I thank you so much for your time. I just cant afford to buy another computer right now. We have too much on the table. And my son needs to get back to homeschooling. Next time I will get a desktop, and it wont be from Dell. I've just had too many headaches, and I cant go there again. It's been a miserable 4-5 yrs.

Im sorry theres so much here. I just copied and pasted my diagnositcs that I ran before the reformat/brick..........I wasnt sure what you needed. BTW, it did get HOT a lot! My battery was constantly not being recognized. Id have to do a shut down and take it out and reset it.

I bought a new motherboard. (Same as other one), and it's put back together.Do I need to use that bios on a flash drive, to flash it again, the correct way, or can i just install cd to reinstall windows?
 

I was only sent the motherboard. No info with it. How can I tell what version of bios it is?

I was just going to reformat it, but the when I changed out the motherboard but it still has a black screen. It wouldnt allow me to power down. I took out both RAM, (they lay one on top of one another, at a slant, Im not sure which is 0, and which is 1). and when they were taken out, one was put in, and powered up, but caps and scroll blinked repeatedly. So, I powered off (again, it wouldnt allow me to power down, so I had to take out the battery), and put the other RAM in the same spot, and it powered on (no blinking of scroll and caps), but the video is messed up. It has numerous colored lines going horizontal and blinking.It will allow me to power off now. And it recognizes the control alt delete.

Is one of the RAM fried?

Is the video card fried, or is there a way to find out?

Well the only problem there is that I cant read anything in the bios screen. I took a video with my iphone and paused it on playback, and it does look to be A07.

But my video is completely messed up. Does that mean it needs to be replaced or could something else be corrupting the screen? Ill lok up baking Thank you again for your help.

What's my best bet for a video card replacement, just in case? Should I get an identical one, since video cards are so expensive? I dont want to have to upgrade my hard drive, RAM, and video card..........not yet at least. I will wait and do more one day with another computer. But for now, I need to make this work for this year while I save up for another.

Since Im getting horizontal scrambling across the screen, and the video card is the culprit, how do I replace it? They are saying I need to go to Dell, because NVidia cant sell laptop cards. What can I do? What do I look for? When I replaced the motherboard, I thought this would have resolved the issue. So is it a dedicated graphics card that needs to be replaced? Can't I just use it with the integrated? I guess Im just confused. I thought the 9400M was with the motherboard from what Ive read. Can you explain what graphics capabilities I have, based on my dxdiag printout? Integrated? Dedicated? What card needs to be replaced based on the fact that when the main alienhead screen comes up, it has multiple lines across it, making it unreadable?
